Join a like-minded community for a month to reflect and restore.
As a global tribe, we are the most connected in terms of technology, but as individuals, we face a pandemic of loneliness and detachment.
This collective living experience is born from the need to bridge this gap.
The next co-live is starting on 16.03.25. We have 2 and 4-week options available.
Discover the Sudety Mountains with a base just a 10-minute walk from multiple trails that span Poland and Czechia. With beautiful forests, varying levels of hiking difficulty, waterfalls, and lakes, you'll have ample opportunities to clear your mind and immerse yourself in nature.
Begin your day with meditation, followed by an hour-long yoga practice and a communal breakfast featuring delicious local vegetarian and vegan cuisine.
During the day, enjoy the freedom to work remotely with fast Wi-Fi, pursue creative projects, or explore the trails.
Each evening, come together for communal activities, reflection, evening hikes, and dinner.
We provide daily vegetarian and vegan meals, including a hearty buffet breakfast and a varied dinner menu. All ingredients are carefully sourced, emphasizing local and seasonal produce. We accommodate individual dietary preferences and can adjust the menu as needed. For those preferring meat, excellent restaurants are accessible within a short drive.
Our teacher, Zuza, has years of experience and a unique approach. Our yoga focuses on body kindness and relaxation on the mat. Zuza has an individual approach to everyone and adapts classes to the needs of participants, ensuring their comfort and safety during the practice.
We promote a safe space for all levels of experience and fitness. Never tried yoga before or are you an experienced yogi? We’ve got you both covered. Our fortnight and month-long practices will help everyone find their groove and enjoy themselves on the mat.
We will also introduce meditation basics, best suited for beginners and intermediate practitioners.
We will be located at the foot of Jagodna mountain, at the heart of the Sudety Mountains. It takes around one and a half hours to climb the closest peak, and only a short distance away from Czechia. Sudety Mountains offer a large selection of beautiful natural landscapes and cultural heritage sites.
This location is perfect for exploring both Poland and Czechia in just one short trip. This region is also rich in history and you will be able to visit many centuries-old castles and palaces. The closest city is Polanica-Zdrój, offering healing springs and many spas.
The closest airport is Wrocław. We're happy to organise transport or help advise with car hire if needed.
